Your Officiant?
Congratulations! So, you’ve gotten engaged and you’re getting married, but have you started the actual planning of your wedding?
It’s a big process and everything needs to be just perfect. You’ve always needed to book things like your Venue, DJ and Photographer quite a way out (sometimes up to 2 years) from your big day, but don’t forget about the Officiant!
With the ever-changing situation over the last year and a half due to Covid, Officiants are finding that they are getting requests for their services much further ahead than ever before. In previous years I’d often get requests less than a year, even only a few months or weeks before the date, but with postponements due to Covid I am now being booked over a year out. I’ve had a lot of bookings for 2022 for some time now and currently stand at over 60 booked ceremonies! (Don’t worry, I still have some availability for those still looking!)
So, if you’re currently planning your wedding day, I suggest that you be sure to look at booking your officiant as soon as your venue and date are confirmed! Remember without an officiant you are only throwing a big party! Your Officiant is the only must have and most important service that you will need that day so get him or her booked early.
